Dear Larry: Whats going to make them more successful AFTER y2k than they were before Y2K??
1. Finances-- Before they were poor, after rich
2. Contacts--Before their contacts were at the plant level, after they are at the CORPORATE level.
3. Joint Ventures--Before they had none, after they have SEVERAL such as Tava/Beck. Not clear yet whether TAVA alone or TAVA/BECK combination going to handle the myriad of UTILITY work in the future totally UNRELATED to Y2K but for which TAVA is competent.
4. New products--Before they were basically factory integrators with knowledge basically limited. After they have a much higher level of knowledge covering many more industries. Example--Airports.

These are all I can type in for now as my time is limited, however in summary, I cannot promise whether TAVA will be MORE PROFITABLE after y2k than during y2k, but I am very sure that the Post Y2K TAVA will look NOTHING like the pre Y2k TAVA. JDN
