>>Is this the same management team<<

I like it too Ross, so far the Market is Ho-Hum, perhaps thrown off by the new approach. Seems to me a shift in the Markets is occuring these days a little yellow metal appreciation is surely to come.

Simply when?
Mike

Ps: What a feat to post a release! although 1-3 is not bad.

Ross, This is without question the most optimistic news release that PFG has made since the new management took over. Besides the obvious excitement they seem to have for Cofradia, it would seem to me that they must also be very pleased with the property immediately to the north (LaEspina) which they also own.

As a guess, what they saw on LaEspina led them to look at other properties in the near vicinity. It could even be that there is more info on LaEspina which if made available in an earlier release might have negatively impacted the purchase price of Cofradia.

A little surprised that the NR went out when the US markets were closed but volume was building and it is obvious that word must have leaked.

Anyway, we now have three very interesting and potentially valuable properties. Any one of which could be a company maker.

I like our chances, Dave

Talk about guts. This must be a great property to do this type of deal. I have to think about this. Who does deals like this in this market. This deal was done based on only nine samples. HMMM>

Lets look at it. 26 million US. To break even they need more than a million ounces, then the royalty. That is more than $2CDN a share to the owners. This will be a interesting play. They have to get to work right now.

<<Spending $25,000,000 in 18 months definatly won't happen unless we have an elephant and if that's the case....who cares?? That figure is impressive. I haven't seen terms like this on any other moose pasture option. >>

Me neither.

But it is not spending $25M in 18 months but paying $25M. This can happen if they discover 1-2M ounces.

This property looks like an all or nothing property. The terms go with it.

Will fun too watch.
