I'm on your side on this issue. I agree totally. My comments support your perspective. I was pointing out that those who think commodities rallied recently are looking at these recent "rallies" only in dollar terms. They don't see that the dollar is starting to get whacked, (the Euro's arrival gives the world a choice and many are moving out of dollar denominated assets). I expect this to continue and I also expect the buck to continue under pressure.
"Commodities still in the tank and likely to remain there for a long while" is a phrase I use to beat up on unthinking bullish pals every day. (g)

As an aside, dollar pressure and falling earnings sure sound like pressure on the markets. (g)
