Brazil real ends 10 pct weaker at 1.59 / dollar - traders

biz.yahoo.com

<< Brazil's real currency finished at 1.59 to the dollar in the commercial market on Monday, 10 percent weaker against Friday's close, due to stepped up dollar outflows, traders said.

By 1700 local/1400 EST/1900 GMT, a net $67 million had been pulled out of the commercial foreign exchange market, while another $8 million fled the floating currency market, and traders speculated the total outflow would grow to about $400 million by the end of the day. A net $321 million had escaped both markets on Friday. >>

I think it is a suicide cult.
