Hi Mike, a bit off topic, I see that Barrick announced today
that they've upped their offer to ARP by a dollar. So ARP was smart to hold out... we'll see if they're happy with $5. Let's hope that MDIN has the same "problem" sometime this year. If things work out, I wonder what price MDIN would consider "fair".

Mike: Some of the values put on court cases are over done.

Just what would that bring into MDIN but the ground and cash? or just
a settlement of a long standing battle over the location? IYO what could
the company expect to get? any rumor or work that was done on the issue?
IYO or that you know of?
