The float according to this website is 37 million and the fd share o/s
is 51 million. The last financing which was done in November is being converted by Yorkton shareholders to shares and that is pouring about 10 million into BII coffers.

They had at least two big share emissions this year. There was 5.7 million shares on November 18, 1998:

There was another in August, but it is difficult to find because this is now old news. Go to SEDAR:

sedar.com

and look for the "Material change" document of August 5, 1998.

And I don't even get into the pile of warrants and options.
