here is that chart on DCHT someone was looking for before. I see an easy move to 3 here, based on the flatlined base at 1. Some technicians would say that the move will be based on the length of the base, which in this case would indicate $5.00 per share. I am not sure I can give an unbiased view as I am verrry long DCHT. bigcharts.com
