The quote is in STERLING POUND, not dollars.

Are you sure that's not Euros? At 1E = $1.16, 131E == $152, more or less.

I think Pounds Sterling is a symbol that looks sort of like an "L" where this symbol looks more like an "E".

131 in pounds sterling would be around $196. Doesn't the Frankfurt exchange use the Euro or at least Deuschemarks?
Anyway the stock is up.
