Boy, I wish you asked me that a month ago. I just retired from my company and I had all that research. I maybe be able to borrow the Telestrategies Benchmarking Report I had. Give me a couple of days. The other Billing System vendor I liked is Amdocs but they were purchased by SBC. IBM & EDS are big players but that is not a pure play. Most of the good billing vendors have been bought out. A good example is that CTL (one of my favorite stocks) purchased PTI just for their systems. MCLD purchased Illinois Consolidated system spinoff. Hardline
