Dear Larry, With the number of lawsuits by companies victimized like this growing,nothing surprises me!! We have already dealt with a group last year,who tried the same nonsense. Fortunately, they were found out, charged accordingly,having to pay multi-million dollars in fines. But it still doesn't deter these birds. They seem they can post with immunity and impunity,which is simply not true,according to past court decisions. They,also thought they could hide behind their S.I.membership,seeking some sort of freedom of speech immunity,which is not available to them.Do you think S.I. would risk it's reputation which is unheralded for these guys!! Not!! People seem to think that I am against negative or contrary posts or shorts in general. This is simply not true. Ron Reece mentioned earlier that Tava like any other company who disappoints the market,gets punished which did happen to Tava,six months ago which has already been dealt with an factored into the stock price. You will see other obvious tactics employed by these same sorts which are almost laughable because they are so transparently false. Anyhow,like you I have more important things to do then type away here.I have met some incredible people on S.I. I don't believe that will be any different this year!
