Wayne, I don't think dilution will ever appear in a news release. I think you would have to wait for an SEC report, which has been mentioned in past news releases. The other option is to call the company or IR. As far as the price going down, tax-loss selling season is over. We have seen in the thread web sites are promising product after February 1st. IMO, a news release of a bottling run and distribution is all we can expect. There is a chance we will see news relating to Howard Stern. I would personally like to hear the France operation is ready to go. Good luck if you are trying to buy in. I am not selling any cheap, and I don't think others in the thread will either. Sean
