Joe, in regards to squeezing money out of Dayton..They do have a $110 million facility and a few million in the bank. Also it is rumored that Dayton exec's have a large liability policy.
I guess I'm not counting on an immediate cash award to MDIN. However, Dayton will have to buy the Churrmatta from MDIN at a considerable mark up!. Also, MDIN will get some sort of compensation from all the ore that Dayton has taken out of there since last January. Recall that much of the ore in 1998 came from the Churrmatta as the .7 grams/ton from the rest of Dayton's reserves isn't profitable with current gold prices.
