I'm not going to argue with you anymore, Wang. Maybe this is a case of you not being a native English speaker. To a native English speaker, saying that someone has presented a "twisted" impression of things absolutely does give an implication of dishonesty. If you didn't mean this, there shouldn't be an issue of you saying so. If not, you have proven my point.
