Who is ImaginOn?

ImaginOn's founders are David M. Schwartz, President and CEO, and Leonard W. Kain, Vice President,
Engineering.

David Schwartz, IEEE, AES, was recently Vice President of New Media Systems & Technology at Atari
Corporation, where he invented GameFilm technology for videogame applications, and served as a principal
designer of the Atari Jaguar CD peripheral. Prior to Atari, David headed the software team at Tandy Research
that developed the first erasable CD recorder/player. Schwartz started Compusonics Corporation, which he took
public in 1984. In 1985, Compusonics introduced the Compusonics DSP1000, the first consumer digital audio
disk recorder. The Compusonics Video PC MovieMaker, introduced in 1986, demonstrated real-time digital
video recording and editing on a desktop PC.

David received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, after completing a
multi-disciplinary program in Architecture, Engineering and Computer Science. He also participated in
post-graduate studies at Carnegie Mellon in the School of Industrial Administration. David has been granted
eight US Patents for his inventions and published numerous technical papers.

Len Kain, IEEE, was most recently Manager of Real-Time Systems at Compression Labs, Inc. in San Jose, CA.
At Compression Labs, Len supervised in all areas of multimedia and video communications, including
networking, communications framing, audio and video compression, real-time system design, and user interface
design. Prior to this, Len was Software Manager at Telebit Corporation where he managed development of
domestic and International high speed modems and network products. Earlier, Len served with David as
Director of Software Development at Compusonics Corporation.

Len holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, a Master's
Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Other Key positions in the company are:

Michael Chin, Manager of Video Software Development.
Michael was most recently the Senior Video Firmware Engineer for VTEL Corporation (formerly CLI) where he
directed the development of firmware and software for a high-end video compression subsystem. His previous
experience includes engineering management positions at GTE Government Systems and Hughes Aircraft.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a Communications emphasis, from Loyola
Marymount University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State
University. Both degrees were awarded with highest academic honors.

Rebecca Gray, Business Manager.
Rebecca comes to ImaginOn from E-On Entertainment Online, where she was Marketing Manager and also
managed the start-up of their U.S. office. Her experience includes marketing positions at Ocean of America,
Sega, Foote Cone Belding, and Sunset Magazine. Rebecca holds an MBA in Marketing from San Francisco
State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Visual Arts from UC San Diego. Both
degrees were earned with honors.

Tina Hwang, Manager of Software Systems Development.
Tina was most recently Manager, Software Development at VTEL, where she managed a department of 14
engineers. Tina also has over seven years of experience with IBM, as a Technical Team Leader and Software
Engineer. Tina holds two Masters degrees – an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State, and an MA
in Mathematical Economics from the University of San Francisco. She also holds a BA in Business from
Cheng-Chi University, Taipei, Taiwan. All her degrees were awarded with highest honors.
