Someone pleazzz splain to mee. ================================================ BPI Resources clarifies Illinois basin reserves BPI Industries Inc BPR Shares issued 12,391,614 Jan 12 close $1.90 Tue 19 Jan 99 News Release Mr. John Loretto reports Further to news in Stockwatch Jan. 19, 1999, the company wishes to clarify that the natural gas reported for the coalbed methane (CBM) gas project in the Illinois basin is composed of "speculative-in-place resource" only. Significant additional work and expenditures are required to establish the resource as proven reserves. The report states that no proven reserves of natural gas have been demonstrated in the project area to date. There is a significant gas gathering system and water disposal infrastructure yet to be put in place prior to the establishment of commercial production. Warning: the company relies upon litigation protection for "forward-looking" statements.
