1st the good. First Concorde will be dropped from the Federal case and you won't have to testify! What would I have had to testify about in the first place? Always curious to know more about myself. But this opens up an interesting new avenue of "speculation", doesn't it? You said earlier: GAME OVER. Spidey told us just the other day that there wouldn't be any hearing on 29 January. Yet now you say the Federal case continues? Would you guys mind trying to get your story STRAIGHT??? For ONCE???
