I think you're right in following up on these problems. As shareholders, naturally we are concerned about these "SNAFUS". A regular customer would probably just take their business elsewhere. I don't want to inflame things here ( I've done that before ), but I believe we are expressing legitimate concerns about the execution of the business plan. So, at risk of being called a "basher", I also have to report that I am disappointed that I did not get a response to my e-mail question that I sent this morning. Maybe Amy has a day off today, but a company can't rely solely on one person for customer relations and expect to get customer loyalty. They don't have many orders yet, so I don't know how they will handle the expected large influx when the Babe Ruth kids start selling their cards soon.

Swordsman, I encourage you to PM Martin Frankel, who I understand has a direct link to TSIG upper management, with the concerns you have brought up. If Dr. Frankel has been reading SI lately, he's probably already forwarded your concerns. But please PM him just in case. I too am troubled by TSIG not being able to get their shipping and CD cost correct.
