Sam/Street... I'd say there are certain advantages that we've been able hold as a country for the last 50 years....(or depending on how you look at it much longer)... but economically speaking, we're going to be facing a hell of a lot of stiff competition in the coming years from all over the globe. I shudder at the idea of a 24 hour stock market too. Can you imagine keeping an eye on your investments 24 hours a day (or feeling the need to?). I have lots of thoughts about all of this but considering how I ramble and that I still have a couple more hours of here, I'll just let it go. E'lane if you catch this, it's my final two weeks in Kentucky. I hope you get back before I go. K
