Volume has been rising 3 of the last 5 weeks on DCHT. This is a sure sign of accumulation. Somebody knows something we don't. I have always believed that technicals preceed fundamentals, and technically speaking, this stock is starting to clear its throat, and it looks like it is getting ready to roar! quote.com

Dr. Harvey, Technology thrives. Probably the same that way we can tell who is calling us when the phone rings. May even require all ISP's to have equipment attached to their incoming lines for monitoring connections to their service. What did the Old Chinaman say "Where there's a will there's away" Anyway.... Many people are letting me know that this is just a rumor and others are telling me that this was voted down over a year ago. My source stated the it was heard on a CNN news recently. I'm still trying to get to the source of this most recent out cry. Hope to have more today. If it proves to be nothing but rumor then a retraction and apology will be forthcoming. Tom B.
