I think this is a prime example of a news leak. IMON had their news last Tuesday - and after a small gap settled back down on only slightly higher than normal volume (around 250,000 at that time). Next the Internet convention was held in San Fran last Wed, Thur and Fri. I hear the IMON booth was featured INSIDE the INTC booth.
The next thing that happened was that on Thursday at 12:36:14 the resistance of 1 9/16 was broken with a sudden buying spree that ended up taking IMON to 1 15/16 by the close on abnormally high volume - clearly a breakout - with no news in sight ( Tuesdays news out of the picture at this point). Let me remind you 12:30 pm our time is 9:30 am Pacific - and this to me indicates the buyers were from the west coast - buying when they woke up Thursday.

The next thing that happened we all know - 23.5 million shares and a 200% rise on Friday......

No news.......

23.5 million shares........

Hmmmmm.....

Can't wait till tomorrow !!!!!

This company reminds me of QDRX - Quadrax. The floorless convertibles and Reg-S killed that company. It couldn't hack it being a NASA supplier of thermal tiles, decided to go into sports (golf shafts), couldn't hack that, did hockey and roller blades, couldn't hack it, went into textile. Filed for bankruptcy.
