Sounds somewhat familiar. That's all this industry needs is lower revenues so they can all start cutting their pricing to win business. The distributors operate on 6-7% gross profit. 1 to 1 1/2% net for the well run distributors. A little price cutting here and there and we could see fewer distributors in the near future. But if they're taking in excess inventory and getting points to do it, this will help bring in more revenue, customers and keeps the suppliers and investors happy so we all win,........right?
