I tend to agree with Abbey Joseph Cohen. Internet stocks should be valued by their market share. BII may be a good "takeover candidate" but what will be most important to the "hypothetical takeout company" is "hits" or market share in the field.

Forget about the technology platform for a second. I would think that an acquisition is more likely. Bii is too cheap! With another Compact behind BII what would a NASQ listing $$ return? At- Home is now buying Excite, at $67 a share ? Mk value 3.5 billion! More consolidation continues...
