TOP TEN INTERNET LIST IS FINALIZED!!!
OK Gang the list is finalzed. Before I release it, I want to thank everybody who
contributed. Even though I thought more people would contribute, many did and I
strongly believe we have a very strong list because of that interaction. This truly is the
power of the internet. Every member of the list is a leader in its industry. Not every
aspect is represented for the following reasons. We have the power to choose the more
profitable faster growing aspects of the internet. With that being the case why not be
selective.

Another interesting suprise is I expanded the list to 12. I really tried to keep it to 10 but
really had trouble for two reasons. When representing high speed access it was not
clear whether ADSL and Cable modem access would be the dominant player for high
speed access. In addition to that, I truly felt both would win because there are
geographic areas where cable would dominate and others where ADSL would. So both
are represented. The second reason came in the venture capital area. CMGI is the clear
leader in the public arena for playing on the internet future. But after reading a great
write up by Wallstarb from from daytraders.org I could not dismiss WCAP. Basically
just the interest they have in COOL is represented in the price, the rest is free including
an IPO they have shares in called WorldGate which should be public in the next 2
months. This is the same situation CMGI was in about a year ago. Few people realized
this type of mis-pricing, but those who did were paid hansomely.

Third relates to structure of the fund. For logistical reasons I will not be doing the trust
the way I originally planned. This may actually be very good for all of you. I am working
on doing this as a basket with Steve Goldman at Yamner and company. It is still in the
works but basically we will have it set as an index which will be on one of his screens. If
the combined value of he index falls more than x% (still to be determined) it will
automatically be liqudated. Periodically, the liquidation value of the index can be
changed to reflect gains or protect from losses. This may be of benefit to anyone who
actually wants to buy this index. Anyone interested in the index should PM me.

Fourth, I want to let everybody know that I will try and postpone the first purchase of
the list for several weeks to perhaps a month. After careful evaluation I feel we shall see
a short term correction in the internet group. In fact I'm betting on it. Something on the
order of 25-30%. If it does not appear that this will happen in the next month, I will
swallow my pride and buy anyway.

Last I want to remind everybody of the potential this index has. You have to remember
that just the preliminary list returned 300% in one year. By refining it to the final list, the
total return last year would have been in the neighborhood of 400%. The final list is
currently up almost 100% in the last month alone. If we can get just an annual
compounded return of 40% a year for the next ten years $100,000 would turn into
$2,892,546.55. Since I expanded the list to 12 stocks I will invest $120,000. $120,000
@40% annually for 10 years will turn into $3,471,055,86. And to top it off you are
investing in companies that are leaders in their field in the fastest growing industry in the
world. THE INTERNET!! And to top that you have DIVERSIFICATION!!! The
risk/reward relationship is clearly in our favor. It also may be comforting to know that 4
of the stocks are also on Steve Harmons Internet Stock Report top ten list. An
additional four are also Mary Meeker's (Top internet anylyst for Morgan Stanly)choices
as well. So it appears we are in good company. I am very excited about what we have
here.

To wrap this up, I will actually post the final list tommorow. I want to give you guys
some suspense. No really I want to do a little write up on each one which I have not
done yet.

See you tommorow,

Rob
