The unearned revenue is a pool of funds that at the end of last quarter was at 3.1 billion. Every qtr they put in money and they use some of the money. the net affect is that at the end of the qtr it stood at 3.1 Billion. This is what i understand. I may be wrong?

I think Bill Gates has been embarassed in Washington DC, and he will strike back in a language that he -- and the investing public -- understands: awesome earnings. I think he would love to see MSFT top $200 just as the trial ends. To whatever extent use of unearned revenues can push the earnings up, I think BG will want to max out this effect. If the whisper is .62, well how about .67. Money talks, BS walks. That's how I think BG thinks.
