Bruce,

Haven't read about the specifics in quite some time. Life is very entertaining at almost hours these days. However, I don't believe growing all aspects of heart components to be the most difficult of organs at this time, as kidneys actually seem to be more complex in many ways. Much functional heart tissue has been done in vitro, but actually coming up with clinical uses, such as patches, assist devices, functional parts(ie ventricular tissue, etc.), whole operational hearts(and in what species), etc. are all different facets, and I'd recommend talking with Dr. Gentzkow at ATIS to get more specifics about where ATIS is, as well as the industry as a whole. However, these answers are still in early phase, and first step is to get working valves and vessels before going the extra mile. I'd be interested in hearing what you come up with.

Hope all is well and that you and yours had a nice holiday season.

Regards,

Marshall
