FIRST CONCORDE WAS DROPPED FROM THE CASE. Was First Concorde notified of this? Like, isn't it customary for the judge to notify the defendant if they've being dropped from the suit? - Jeff

And are you suggesting that your little tin God Spidey hasn't done the same on occasion? And what a curious case this is. I mean really. Developments in court announced not by verdict, but by the company CEO leaking insider info to Spidey. I wonder how the various counsel for the defense feel about this, lolololol... Wouldn't they kinda expect to be let in on this news at some point?
