I appreciate your response but you didn't create the negativity or
have an effect on my position. This is coming from my personal experience as a consumer. I realize that TSIG is a turnaroud possibility
but given the history (currenty history included) , one constantly has to re-evaluate their position. I hope like all longs that TSIG does correct itself.

I agree with you. There is no reason to vacate a position because there are problems of a solving nature. It should and will be brought to the attention of the upper management the concerns of this thread. As continuing problems are discovered there should be continuing efforts to have them addressed and if the situation does not appear to get the proper attention then a concerted effort to find out why.

The delegation of authority sometimes lacks follow through due to the assumption there is action being adequately taken. RG and Guild have a staff that has assigned duties. If they are not properly qualified to take TSIG to the next level and those beyond then measures must be taken.
