E; on PCTR; BB stock; range .16 - .91/last .72 on 17k shares/no news since 12/1/98; 6 month period ending 9/98 net sales + 49%, however, cost of sales were 65%; on 9/98 company had 62K working capital/ negative working capital of 90k/they owe SBA 1.6M July through Oct. 98', PCTR issued 672k shares of common to raise 292k. We could not find current float. Eric, this company has serious cash problems unless something radical has happened since 9/98. No news in 6 weeks ? not encouraging...check SEC filings....it gets worse....sw
