Interesting question. With respect to DRAM chips in RIMM modules, I would place a huge bet that they don't get any royalty, but we've never discussed whether or not Rambus gets royalties from the infrastructure pieces (connectors, testers, etc.). I would guess that they don't, but it's just a guess. If anything, they probably would have charged for technical support during the development of those pieces, but didn't some of the posts re: the quarterly report say that they weren't charging for support yet?
