I agree that I'd like to see NAVR retain more of the company. If they do indeed go ahead and sell off so much of their share, I would imagine they'd create Class A and Class B common shares, with different voting weights. Class A shares go to the public and employee stock plans, etc., and hold one vote apiece. Class B shares stay with NAVR and hold five votes apiece. That way, NAVR could effectively retain control over the company, even as they spread out shareholder equity more broadly.
