"the DRAM market is increasingly showing a pricing disparity between top-tier manufacturers and lower, mostly Taiwanese, manufacturers. The premium is growing as available stock of top-tier product falls short of demand. The Intel CPU market is stable with the exception of pricing on the Pentium II 350 which is higher as activity has increased over the past week."according to AICE (Monday January 18, 1999)
