OK, John, I did short this stock b4 July. You are correct. Shorted at 5 and filled it back at 2.5. But I also got in at 8 after the BCST IPO and CBS Marketwatch published couple Tom Landry's articles touting NAVR to be the next BCST. Remember those articles? I rode this stock all the way down to 2 something, but one fable December day, I discovered that NAVR had shoot up to 27. But I didn't get a chance to sell at the open, so, I sold at $15, nearlly doubling my $8 initial investment. Then I got back in at $12 (small position, only 500 shares) before Eric Paulson went on CNBC on December 9th. So I am doing well in NAVR. But I did short this baby in b4 July.

<<It is good for the board to see some factual valuations>>
Valuations laced with negative "what ifs" are not factual...At this point in time nobody here has the information or the expertise to render a "factual" valuation...Tom Hua would be the only one whose valuation I would take seriously, because it would be balanced, and I respect Tom's knowledge of this stock.......
