The only thing I can say is that IMON has patents to a sofware technology.

You can patent a novel OR non-obvious concept. That does not imply that the patent is useful to other corporations.

From my understanding, SUNW has given IMON its 100% Java certification.

Anyone can obtain 100% Pure certification. Just write in Java and use Pure APIs. This promotional statement really troubles me since another questionable stock promoted something similar just before its demise to the OTC/BB....Does anyone remember CYBG (now CYBGE)?

Right before their tremendous crash, CYBG issued a press release that they were a Microsoft Certified Provider. Sounds impressive till you find out anyone can be a MS certified provider.

IMHO, That press release was a last ditch attempt to pump up the stock, and the IMON longs sound frighteningly familiar to what I read on the CYBG thread several months back. I would suggest that anyone who's still undecided, peruse the CYBG thread around july/august/sept and tell me if you don't see parallels.
