I noticed something more positive about ESV today as I was thumbing through page 72 of the February "Smart Money" magazine stockscreen. Though they based their analysis on a $ 9 price for ESV they think ESV is one of the stocks the company itself thinks it is a good deal! P/E of 4.33, Price over Book of 1.03, Price over sales of 1.56, Debt as % of market value -24.41, Dividend yield 1.11 %, value of announced stock buyback $ 65 million, and a market value of $ 1.238 billion. At a $ 11 close of today the numbers will be slightly different.
