I think one thing for certain.
Which ever way we think it will go it
will do he opposite.

I say no change and a hint of a 1/4 rise.

No change in rates. Brazil guaranteed that. If our markets had shown the slightest sign of panic, he would have cut rates.

I used to do a lot of the FEDs networking work. One day, I was monitoring a digital link while trouble shooting the network, and I happened to see a letter talking about the interest rate release for the following day..... I did not think anything about it... but with what I know now..... oooooohhh.

I'd be shocked if the fed ups rates. As banker to the world the world economy is too soft. Euro rates will probably be coming down soon.
