Hi LWS, I expect at least 1 PO and likely several before the April Comdex show. I believe several OEM product development programs have been in the works since July or August of last year.

I find it likely that one or more programs will be ready for their own high volume production not long after Valence's "shipping in earnest" that FRB stated had begun after the first of the year. It's a matter of if, not when and wise to acquire as many shares as possible before occurance of the "when". We have alread worked the numbers and are aware of the tremendous upside.

IMO, if you are thinking in terms of April, you should be thinking in terms of $20+ share price due to the effect of one or more contracts having already occured, as early as this week but likely starting in February. We might then see the introduction of additional products with Valence batteries at the show.

Regards, FMK
