Last I heard, they were shooting for end of january or early february. I agree about the upside risk, which is why I bought the feb calls at 10 for disaster relief, figuring the NASDAQ meeting will be by then. ( I remember BICO -- all too well. That was one of my early lessons on when not to go long).
