I have some questions for the meeting.
1. Status of antenna technology.

2. Have any of the costs for the Olea order been booked in 98?

3. Will PTSC ever use floorless convertibles again. If not then
what kind of financing will they use.

4. Whatever happened to the "newsletter". Has it simply become
the annual report letter.

I sure hope we get some positive news soon because the balance sheet
is sure looking anemic.
