Dear Taki:

Someone at MBHC has been feeding you a lot of garbage. Call Jim and ask them how many processors or loan officers they have left? They are in the loan business for God's sake. Also ask him about the contract that Ray signed with MBHC to give up his shares and thus reduce the number outstanding to 10,000,000 shares. You may find that the company hasn't fulfilled its obligations to Ray. You may also find that because of that, Ray has the ability to take back the company.

I too, would like this company to get its act together. I think we have all waited long enough. Somebody in management needs to take responsibility for shareholder value. Who is it going to be?

Taki, since you seem to have an in at MBHC, why don't you ask some hard questions of Management and post the answers here. I am sure we would all love to here about it. By the way, the won't return my calls!

Taki:

It's been two days since we heard from you. I guess you're still doing your homework or maybe Jim D. hasn't returned your call.
