On the Chip side I like these three that are below $ 10!.

ALSC - could see a $ 10 this year - volume pretty good lately!

ESST - went from $ 2 to $ 7.5. I think we will see a $ 15 in 1999.
ESST got a buy rating recently from Hambrecht & Quist!

ISSI (ISSI may take a little longer - but this is such a beaten down dog, down from $ 50 to $ 2+. Lately it has stabilized around $ 4.)
-If you have a two year window, you may see a $ 20 ISSI.

Another stock VLSI, though was below $ 10 (as low as $ 6) in 1998, has rebounded to $ 12 (close to book value!) - is still undervalued in my opinion and we should see a $ 20 by the end of 1999. VLSI is sitting on a lot of cash and they have good design capabilities.

On the Semiconductor side there isn't a whole lot below $ 10 -
but PTIS, SMTL are both below $ 10 and have low P/E ratios.

BELM was below $ 10 but just crossed $ 10 few days ago! It is a good buy and a bargain.
