Question is: What if FCC want AT&T to unbundle ATHM for AT&T/TCI merger deal?

That fed thing is a done deal. Weeks ago approval was given in europe and the US (the feds can always take it all back). Since then AOL has stopped whining about how it can't live without high speed access from T. AOL has decided to go against T/ATHM in making their deal with DSL and the telcos. The war is on. T/ATHM has started its attack with T ponying up around $2 billion for TCI upgrades. Now this deal with XCIT.
