For listed stocks that do a forward split, options adjust accordingly. So, on a 2 for 1 FORWARD split, you have twice as many options at half the strike price.

I would think it would/should work the same way with a reverse split.
In that case, debentures with an option to convert 16mm shares at $3 per share, would/should convert to 1.6 mm shares at $30 per share for a 1 for 10 reverse, 160,000 shares at $300 per shares for a 1 for 100 reverse.

However, without looking at the specific terms of of the agreement, it is not certain what would happen.
