PR NewsWire Smile and Say Cheese! Yahoo! Clubs Introduces Photo Albums

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yahoo! Clubs Members Can Now Share Photos Online

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Yahoo! Inc. today announced
the introduction of photo albums for Yahoo!(R) Clubs
( clubs.yahoo.com ), Yahoo!'s online community building service.
Yahoo! Clubs allows individuals to create their own personal Web communities
using message boards, chat, e-mail and personalization tools. The new photo
albums feature gives users another level of interactivity, by allowing members
and founders to share their favorite photos with the rest of their online
community club members.
"Since its launch, Yahoo! Clubs has grown to be one of Yahoo!'s most
popular community services. We continue to enhance the service to meet users'
needs and make it even more personal and interactive for them," said Mark
Hull, producer of Yahoo! Clubs. "With the new photo albums feature,
individuals can now share visual images as well as messages and opinions with
other club members. The photo albums help club members build relationships
with each other in a deep and rich community."

Hey! Check This Out!
Using the photo album feature, members can share images that are of
importance or interest to the club such as a family's first photos of their
new baby or a fan's collection of photos of a favorite celebrity. Adding
photos to a club is easy. Club members simply need to click on the Photo
Album link within a club and follow the easy instructions for creating a photo
album and uploading electronic photos from their desktop. Yahoo! Clubs also
allows users to point to photos on the Web and add those links to their club
photo album. Only club members (those who have registered to join a club) are
able to view and add to the club photo albums. Club guests are free to browse
non-member areas of Yahoo! Clubs and simply need to join a club to participate
in club chats, post messages, view club news and stock portfolios, access the
calendar and add photos to the photo album. Joining Yahoo! Clubs is free
-- users need only to register for Yahoo! Clubs or any of Yahoo!'s other free
member services such as instant messaging, e-mail, online games, travel
reservations and ticketing, shopping and auctions.

Official Clubs and Exclusive Photos of Favorite Celebrities, Musical
Artists
With the addition of the photo album feature, fans are now able to see
photos of their favorite artists and celebrities in Yahoo!'s official clubs.
Exclusive, never-before-seen photos of Capitol Records' pop-sensations "The
Moffats" are available at the newly-formed official Moffats club
( clubs.yahoo.com ). Look for more
exclusive photos to appear in other official Yahoo! Clubs for celebrities and
musical artists.

So, with the big XCIT news, YHOO popped at the opening (when the amateurs place their orders). YHOO is up now (+7) while the NASDAQ is strong. There is very light volume for YHOO, showing there is no conviction behind the current first day of reaction against the current correction.
