I thought it was reported that XCIT would get 1/3 of ATHM Based on ATHM Cap of 12.444 billion at $102, I figure XCIT's share is 4.148 billion. If above is true, this would value XCIT at $80.39 a share. This is not exactly correct because does not take into account dilution of options etc which are not counted in market cap.
