Hi Arthur, Wish I could tell you off the top of my head. I will look into it here and learn something about its features. However I am so involved in a number of activities that it will, take some time, probably won't do you much good right now. I really either use Word and copy and paste to E-Mail or SI or usually go directly to the response box and fire away. Really depends on circumstances. On Metacrawler at bottom of SI page punch in Outlook Express. There are quite a few sites that go into all the benefits and uses.Maybe they will answer your inquiry. I know there is an 800 number listed for MSN that you can call listed in one of those sites. Also hit Metacrawler with Microsoft Support site. You might get an answer from their knowledge base. There also may be a site here on SI where you can get some answers. Try hitting the subject area. Hopefully someone will be able to help you further.
