Most of what I got, I got through research
this weekend. Spent a lot of time doing
so in fact. However, like I said, I have
a day job and must get a few things done,
but I will try to explain what I did find
in just a bit. Got to make a few calls
first.

First of all, it is hard to put three days worth
of research in a real organized way. I started
out looking at Mr. Tilton's other companies, which
do not look too bad. A little more organized
perhaps then this.

Next I looked at the companies that I could that
are associated with tnrg. I found, by searches,
that Cavalcade of Boxing, is being actively marketed,
and United States Basketball appears to be a good
strong effort. I live in Lubbock, Texas, and we
have two minor league teams here that seem to be
doing well. That appears to be a growth industry.

Mr. Tilton also settled some problems I had with
the SEC. Basically, they are simply no longer a
reporting company, though he has informed me that
they will be registering in the future once more
per the new otcbb rules.

As for the financial statements, I would like to
see a little more complete reporting. What I
really wanted was specifics on the auditors.
While KPMG, I am told was somewhat involved in
the audit, the actual audit was done by Jones,
Jenson and Co. out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
I actually liked this better than KPMG, because
KPMG's organization is so large that it is
difficult to get anything out of them.

Several of the questions I had concerned the
medical products. I was wondering how they
would be manufactured, and what sort of marketing
plan was in place for their sale. As it turns
out, he has no intention of manufacturing
or marketing the products, instead spinning
them out to other companies with those capabilities.

There is more, as I have time, but I will have
to get back.

Correction. After speaking to Mr. Tilton again,
he informed me that Jones Jenson & Co. are tnrg's
auditors, and that the shopping mall audit was
handled through CITIC. He also informed me that
he would have the auditors opinion posted to the
web site.
