Company Press Release

Winners Internet Network Announces First Contract With
Vaudeville Holdings

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 1999--David C. Skinner, Jr. President and CEO of
Winners Internet Network, Inc. (OTC BB:WINR) would like to announce that the Sale Agent Agreement signed
with Vaudeville Holdings has delivered its first signed licensed Sportsbook.

This contract is the first of a series of Casino/Sportsbook sites from Vaudeville Holdings.

The licensee is located in Costa Rica and has been granted the Winners Seal of Assurance offering Winners
Customers another gaming site selection. The technical team at WINR is currently handling the necessary steps to
connect the site for safe, secure, and confidential online processing. This will enable their Sportsbook customers to
utilize WINR not only for its online processing services but also gives its customers access to the only debit card
within the gaming industry, which has been developed exclusively by WINR. This will also allow all of WINRs
customers to enjoy another approved gaming destination. Upon the sportsbook going on-line, WINR will receive
a 50,000 licensing fee and will announce revenue projections on the contract.

"WINR offers a solution for offshore Sportsbooks who elect to change over to Internet play," says Mr. Skinner.
"It is a market we are actively targeting because it is still in the infancy stage."

WINR has also been greatly enhanced with the opening of trade for the Eurodollar. WINR is able to process the
new Eurodollar which opened to the world markets on January 4th, making it one of the leaders in the Internet
processing of financial transactions. WINR processing, based in Europe, provides a solid foundation as the
Eurodollar gains popularity in world commerce. The WINR system provides currency conversion with all major
world currencies so that everyone will be able to join in the secure WINR processing of their internet transaction.
Our earlier recognition by the CyberLink Trust in Liechtenstein, provides asset management under the direction of
Intertrehuand Aktiengesellschaft, a fully licensed Liechtenstein trust and asset management company which has
operated since 1978. This company provides independent financial account management services.

WINR has received many inquiries regarding the last news announcement. To clear up any confusion, WINR is
projecting 8-10 million in processing fees and 1-1.5 million in licensing fees from the sites already on-line. Any
additional contracts, including this one will add to these projections and will be announced at a later date.

WINR, headquartered in St. Augustine, Fla. is a company, which has developed an Internet financial structure.
The company is engaged in on-line processing for Internet gaming operations as well as other business applications
concerning Internet commerce.

Vicki: IMON:

I apologize, my broker is down and I've spent the past 1/2 hour on the phone. I sold all my IMON at 6 3/8 because I can't trade on the computer today. FWIW, IMON didn't pop as high as I thought it would, but I don't even have access to quotes at this point. Sorry.

Vicki: IMON - I agree witht Poet here, I did not see as much strength as I though, but if I was to enter, now is about the time, it has bounced a bit and the NAS is starting to turn. I would not go with both guns though and would 50/50 the trade. Meaning that I would enter a 50% position, sell if it goes lower, but add the other 50% if it starts higher.

Too risky just yet for me though, still watching....
