What do you think the effect of the upcoming stock split will be on E*Trade's price (no joke intended here!). I've noticed that when a high visibility company like E*Trade splits that the stock tends to rise, sometimes dramatically. It's as if the split is "news" when in fact it was announced weeks before. It seems to me that now is a good time to buy some more. Thoughts?

Till later,

E

I second that vote. What is going on with the Etrade that I used to know. They are double SUCK!!! for me now. Time to shift my money to Lombard Account so far their service came thru whenever Etrade down. And they are down too many often now these days.
