Some don't realize what they are selling... and they were just holding for the what they thought to be the only news "IBM" however, I'd bet there is more. Also they don't realize what this does for HDIE and the impact it will have on the bottom line come second quarter. Nor do they have any idea of the value of this deal.

Understand that HDIE is now in a position to follow NEON. DOWN the GOLDEN PATH..... >GGGGGGGGG<

Ah but what size sales and what size buys? Transportation, utilities and government are three of the largest verticals for middleware. Understand that not only is HDIE selling MQ with CL or OM3 but when IBM sales reps go out to their clients to sell MQ, they will also be selling MQ as will other resellers of MQ since nobody wants to buck IBM's recommended middleware messaging solution. Who has the best engine? HDIE according to IBM. That is good enough for me. My guess is that there was a lot of politics behind the scenes on this press release as IBM probably didn't want to offend NEON too much as they also have a strong relationship with them. Move over NEON. IBM has a new middleware friend
