Once we got out in the open, the kid didn't whine at all. There was a little blood on his thumb so he had taken quite a little hit from the ice. You can understand how a kid whose never been out can be overwhelmed. He probably had all sorts of pressures on him. 6 or 7!!?? Man. That kid's dad was a jerk indeed.
